1. Services Offered

Relief Zone Physiotherapy provides physiotherapy and speech therapy services, including but not limited to treatment for back pain, neck pain, knee pain, shoulder pain, ankle/sprain injuries, wrist pain, rheumatoid arthritis, sports injuries, and speech/language therapy — available at our clinic in Ghaziabad or via home-visit appointments in serviceable areas.

 

2. Appointment Booking

• Our clinic operates from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
• Appointments can be booked through our website, phone, or WhatsApp.
• Booking a slot does not guarantee availability until confirmed by our team.
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable prior notice where possible.
• Please arrive on time for clinic visits or be available at the confirmed time for home visits; late arrivals may result in a shortened session.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• We request reasonable advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling, so the slot can be offered to another patient.
• Repeated no-shows without notice may affect future booking priority.

4. Nature of Treatment and Medical Disclaimer

• Physiotherapy and speech therapy are complementary healthcare services. They do not replace diagnosis or treatment by a qualified physician, surgeon, rheumatologist, or other medical specialist where such care is needed.
• Treatment outcomes vary by individual, condition, and consistency of care; we do not guarantee specific results or recovery timelines.
• You are responsible for disclosing your complete and accurate medical history, including existing conditions, medications, surgeries, and allergies, to help us provide safe and appropriate care.
• If our assessment indicates you need medical imaging, specialist consultation, or emergency care, we will advise you accordingly, and it is your responsibility to follow up on such referrals.

5. Speech Therapy for Minors

For speech therapy provided to patients under 18, a parent or legal guardian is required to be present during sessions.

 

6. Home Visit Services

• For home-visit appointments, you agree to provide a safe, reasonably clean, and appropriate space for treatment.
• Our physiotherapists/therapists reserve the right to decline or pause treatment if the environment is deemed unsafe.
• Home visit pricing already includes travel — there are no separate or additional travel charges.

7. Payment Terms

• Fees for services will be communicated at the time of booking or during consultation.
• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept cash, UPI, and card payments.

8. Patient Conduct

We expect all patients and accompanying family members to treat our staff with respect. We reserve the right to discontinue services in cases of abusive behavior, harassment, or unsafe conduct toward our team.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

While we take all reasonable care in providing our services, Relief Zone Physiotherapy shall not be held liable for:

• Outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate medical history disclosed by the patient
• Pre-existing conditions not disclosed at the time of assessment
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control affecting service delivery
